Genesys is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and bring in net new business from prospects and current customers. As a consultative sales professional, you will be responsible for aligning customer needs and goals with Genesys solutions. Your role will involve coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline. Key responsibilities include collaborating with peers and management to improve the sales organization, identifying customer needs and responding to objections, connecting client business targets with Genesys offerings, and negotiating and closing sales campaigns. You will also guide customer and prospect corporate strategic initiatives, provide expertise on industry best practices, and retain current customer base and expand footprint through cross/up-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in selling cloud customer engagement solutions, excellent active listening and objection handling skills, and the ability to work alongside multiple team members. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, and a proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals.
