Our Mission

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness in the UK, Southern Europe, and Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Planning
    • Develop and implement commercial projects for regional markets, including market research and analysis.
    • Assist in the execution of the local commercial calendar, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing projects that drive sales and brand growth.
  • Retail Marketing
    • Design and execute marketing activations in Sézane's boutiques, including in-store promotions and events.
    • Assist in the organization of events and activations in Sézane boutiques, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
    • Develop and implement marketing plans for new boutique openings, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Influence Marketing
    • Develop and execute marketing projects with Sézane's influence network, including influencer partnerships and events.
    • Assist in the organization of influence and press events, ensuring effective communication and brand representation.

Requirements

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and a good knowledge of French, with additional language skills in Spanish or Italian being a plus.
  • A solid understanding of the regional landscape, including market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for fashion and brand development.
