Your Role.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe to spearhead our marketing initiatives and fuel our growth trajectory. This pivotal role is essential as we expand our presence in the market following significant funding. Our Decision Intelligence platform is transforming how leading brands in various sectors, including Financial Services and Government, address critical challenges in data management and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead and execute field marketing strategies across the EMEA region to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with Corporate Marketing and other teams.
  • Design and implement tailored marketing campaigns for the Southern European market, focusing primarily on France and Spain.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify key markets and develop demand generation programs.
  • Organize and manage regional events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Create localized marketing materials, including brochures and digital content, to support regional initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners and industry leaders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of field marketing experience in a B2B technology or software environment.
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns in Southern Europe.
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
  • Experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as SFDC and Hubspot.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a knack for initiating and advancing projects independently.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and drive improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills in French, Spanish, and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
