The Training and Simulation Business Line (comprising 1500 employees across five countries: France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia) provides training services and develops training and simulation systems, both civilian and military: flight and mission simulators for aircraft, helicopters, vehicles, land weapons, and energy for an international market.

Approximately 400 professionals operate from the Cergy site, serving clients in France and internationally.

WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:

Within the Avionics entity, you will join the commercial management of the Training & Simulation business line.

In this capacity, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Key Account Management for OEM Helicopters
    • Establish and nurture high-level relationships based on trust with key clients to proactively identify opportunities and enhance capture rates.
    • Ensure client satisfaction for the key accounts under your responsibility.
    • Participate in marketing initiatives (such as industry expos and forums).
    • Contribute to the management of the 'Helicopter Simulation' Product Line.
  • For opportunities where you will act as Capture Lead
    • Develop the Capture Strategy.
    • Lead and coordinate the capture team with support from the Bid Manager.
    • Present opportunities to Senior Management at each key milestone, securing necessary mandates to pursue the Capture and establish a winning, profitable offer.
    • Successfully negotiate the terms of a sales contract, aligning with the expectations of the Business Line.
  • Export Sales Role, Asia Region:
    • Promote, in coordination with DGDI, the product portfolio of the Training & Simulation Business Line, regardless of the country of origin of the solution.
    • Assume the Capture Lead on opportunities.
