Global Accounts Director

We are seeking an experienced Global Accounts Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, presentations, and product documentation to clients
- Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and commercial services, preferably in the aviation industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong business acumen and commercial skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of French and other languages an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
