As a key member of our team at Les Jardins d'Arcadie, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.
Mission
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, partners, suppliers, and visitors. This includes:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and handling day-to-day tasks, such as answering phone calls, monitoring resident entries and exits, and providing physical assistance to residents and visitors.
- Managing the distribution of mail and messages to residents, as well as providing guidance on administrative procedures and making reservations.
- Coordinating and participating in collective and individual activities, tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents.
- Contributing to creating a welcoming atmosphere that promotes the well-being of our residents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A CAP or higher degree in tourism or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage unexpected situations.
- A strong sense of initiative, conviviality, and good humor.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools.
