Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Guest Services, the Bell Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of Bell Services, Door, and Valet Services. This position is essential in providing heartfelt, personalized service, contributing to the creation of unforgettable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all job-related activities.
  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and appropriate assistance upon arrival.
  • Maintain adherence to Accor's standards and procedures by providing top-notch training and ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Foster personal connections with guests through exceptional service.
  • Manage staffing levels to meet operational demands effectively.
  • Ensure the protection of guests' belongings and hotel property through strict adherence to policies.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through open communication and mutual respect.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Bell or Valet operations.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong passion for guest service and effective training skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows XP.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height regularly.
  • Ability to push or pull up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Frequent fine motor skills and repetitive hand movements are required.
  • Must be able to navigate uneven surfaces and climb stairs as needed.
  • While primarily an indoor role, outdoor work in various weather conditions is expected.
