Unlock Your Potential as a Key Account Manager

Join Starther's Revenue team and take on the challenge of managing a portfolio of 60 to 80 customers as their primary point of contact. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and reduce churn. Based in Paris, you'll work closely with customers and prospects, with the possibility of up to 2 days of remote work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform Annual Recurring Revenue and Non Recurring Revenue leads into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR & Media agencies to optimize sales strategies and close deals
  • Owning the sales opportunity life cycle, from prospecting to closing sales
  • Contribute to improving Key Accounts team processes and methods

You'll be working with a highly varied skill set, including video production, tech, content, and operations. With 6 to 8 years of experience in key account management and business development, you'll be result-oriented, fluent in French and English, and comfortable with outbound sales.
