About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives and targets.
  • Lead the sales team in France and French overseas territories, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of commercial strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and stakeholders in the medical device industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, service, and finance, to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales budgets, compensation programs, and incentive planning to motivate and reward high-performing sales staff.
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, and development of sales staff to meet business needs and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar sales director position within a medical device company.
  • Strong understanding of the French medical device market, including private and public hospital structures and French buying groups.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
