We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Europe (Luxembourg, France, or Germany). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and capturing new business growth opportunities to drive the Kapton Films business forward in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep knowledge of the market and applications to establish credibility with current and prospective customers.
  • Maintain and expand the business in the region, identifying and creating new growth opportunities across EMEA.
  • Manage and develop partnerships with assigned accounts, initiating commercial discussions to confirm customers' needs and propose value-selling solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities to enter new and growing applications, supporting the launch of new products.
  • Record and update pipeline in Salesforce, planning, forecasting, and reporting on sales and business performance according to business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, marketing, or a technical field such as chemistry or engineering.
  • Fluent in French, German, and English, with other European languages a plus.
