Job Title: Sales Development Representative for Nordics/EMEA

JobTeaser is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Nordics/EMEA. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in the development of our business in Europe, with a specific focus on the Danish market and the broader Nordics region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect a database of potential future clients in Europe, with a specific focus on the Danish market and the broader Nordics region.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and lead generation, particularly in Denmark, via emails, cold calls, and networking.
  • Generate approx. 5 meetings every week, with the support of Inbound Leads also.
  • Convert your prospects into customers: during the meeting, discover their needs, pitch JobTeaser, and offer a partnership proposal.

Requirements:

  • C1/C2 in English: you can easily converse with C-levels.
  • Danish language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • You have relevant sales experience of 2-5 years (ex: business development, startup, consulting firm...).
  • You have a good knowledge of the European market, and maybe a specific emphasis on the Nordic market (a plus).
  • You love hunting (sending emails, cold calling...) and you never get bored.
  • You are result-oriented and resilient: you reach your target every month and you always want to achieve more.
  • You are self-driven and have a high-energy spirit.
  • You are an empathetic relationship-builder who can quickly understand relevant structures in complex organizations and connect to people at all levels.
  • You know how to use Salesforce CRM? It is a bonus.
