Fluency in both French and English is required.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will report to the Meeting Place Manager and enhance the Meeting Place's profitability by collaborating with the Sales & Rental team on the offer and revenue strategy.

You will be based at Ingka Centres France.

Your primary duties:

Assist the Sales & Leasing team in developing the components of the Meeting Place offer, including Pop-up Stores, Leisure, and F&B, while exploring additional revenue streams through various marketing initiatives.

Ensure that the offer provides a diverse customer journey, resonating emotionally and experientially with a broad audience.

Collaborate to create a long-term leasing strategy for the Meeting Place, implementing and monitoring its progress.

Provide essential information to align the supply and revenue strategy with business priorities and customer needs.

Continuously assess the business and operational performance of our partners, considering their business models, and offer constructive feedback to enhance their outcomes.

Encourage our partners' participation in Meeting Place activities throughout the year.
Ensure the commercial integration of IKEA within the Meeting Place, including seasonal offerings and limited collections.
Manage daily interactions with tenants, assisting partners with relocation and reorganization within the Meeting Place in conjunction with the leasing and real estate functions.

Collaborate on business opportunities with leasing partners and specialty leasing/media sales brands, focusing on rebranding and thematic promotions through major marketing agencies, while nurturing the unique character of the Meeting Place to attract customers.

Ensure that commercialization efforts keep pace with technological advancements, positioning us as a leader in each local market, while sharing best practices and lessons learned with other Meeting Places.

Engage our partners in enhancing sustainability outcomes, promoting local community involvement, and presenting the vision and benefits of our sustainability initiatives, encouraging visitors to adopt healthier and more environmentally friendly lifestyles.
