Global Sales & Key Account Manager Opportunity
Develop Your Career in Consumer Products Sales
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales & Key Account Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with French retailers, manufacturers, importers, and exporters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Position and sell a full suite of services to prospective customers, including product safety testing, pre-shipment inspection, social compliance auditing, and Sustainability Services.
- Act as a single point of contact for queries related to Business Lines Hardlines, Toys, and ENE.
- Service the ongoing customer needs and achieve sales revenue and profit margin targets.
- Work closely with country/divisional managers to develop and service sales, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Develop strong business relationships with quality personnel of key clients.
- Stay up-to-date with technical and commercial developments in the market and make recommendations for service development.
- Attend industry conferences and seminars to increase industry awareness and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Possess a master's degree (or equivalent) in sales or a related field, or an engineering degree (or equivalent) with expertise in retail industry or product development.
- Strong experience in the retail or testing industry in France, with a proven track record in sales/account management/merchandising/quality assurance.
- Familiarity with international regulations, EU directives, and renowned brands' requirements for Softlines, Hardlines & Toys and ENE testing.
- Good connection to industry associations in France is a definite advantage.
- Strong business sense and knowledge of the Hardlines & ENE business and its supply chain.
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into common terminology.
- Native French speaker, proficient in German and English is a benefit.
