Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Manager to join our team at Varonis. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and presenting our products and services to current and net-new enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
