Your Role

We are looking for a Technical Team Leader to join our Patient Health Platform sector, with the goal of establishing ourselves as the premier digital and secure medical companion for patients.

In this dual role of technical authority and team mentor, you will guide and nurture your team members while fostering a robust engineering culture at Doctolib. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the engineering group tasked with enhancing the patient booking journey, with an anticipated 300 million appointments to be scheduled this year.
  • Empowering your team to create superior products, significantly contributing to the success of one of France's most popular applications.
  • Defining the strategic direction for your team, taking full ownership of production, quality, and delivery.
  • Engaging in code evaluations and remaining hands-on when necessary.
  • Leading cross-departmental initiatives to elevate our engineering capabilities.
  • Collaborating with Talent & People teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Who You Are

If you resonate with the following qualifications, you might be the perfect fit:

  • Possess over 4 years of experience in managing engineering teams.
  • Have a strong desire to engage with our technology stack, which includes Typescript (React and React Native), Ruby on Rails, and Java.
  • Value the importance of code testing.
  • Exhibit adaptability in utilizing the most effective technologies to address challenges.
  • Demonstrate a track record of developing efficient, maintainable, and secure solutions.
  • Communicate comfortably in English within your daily interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and security considerations.
