Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and technical support via phone, email, and in-person at our local branch showroom.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer needs to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • AS400 experience is a plus, but not required.
