Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Paris, focusing on serving customers across the French Public Sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving major enterprise accounts, establishing relationships, and providing direct touch across all levels of the end customer, engaging with top System Integrators.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategy for Enterprise Accounts in the French region, with a primary focus on government/public sector customers.
- Utilize company-wide success and use cases as a blueprint, adding your own ideas and vertical knowledge to drive business growth.
- Identify and resolve customer needs for Appian platform and Customer success services, discussing business drivers and value with relevant decision makers, including C-Level executives.
- Build and strengthen business relationships with existing accounts across all hierarchies, ensuring all post-sales needs are met.
- Recommend marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide status information, including forecast/pipeline information.
- Identify Appian customer references that can be utilized for reference selling.
- Proven success record in Enterprise Software Sales, particularly in the French Public Sector.
- Experience selling to C-level executives, identifying BANT, positioning solution value, and differentiating against competitors.
- Familiarity with industry terms, priorities, solutions, roles, and key players in the Public Sector.
- Experience influencing Digital transformation, Customer services, Customer experience initiatives at Cx0 level and consulting partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
- High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and curiosity.
