Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach
- Qualify and manage incoming requests from potential clients
- Prioritize and follow up on prospects to materialize their interest
- Develop and present DKV services and solutions
- Coordinate with the Field Sales team to close sales
- Monitor and follow up on actions taken by sales staff
Requirements
- Skills
- Organized and rigorous in following up files
- Negotiation, sales, and customer relations skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to overcome customer rejection
- Fluent and professional in oral and written communication
- Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Intermediate-level English
