Key Responsibilities




  • Customer Outreach
  • Qualify and manage incoming requests from potential clients
  • Prioritize and follow up on prospects to materialize their interest
  • Develop and present DKV services and solutions
  • Coordinate with the Field Sales team to close sales
  • Monitor and follow up on actions taken by sales staff

  • Skills
  • Organized and rigorous in following up files
  • Negotiation, sales, and customer relations skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to overcome customer rejection
  • Fluent and professional in oral and written communication
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Intermediate-level English
