Position: Partnership Development Specialist at My Little Paris

As a vital member of our Sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Partnership Development Specialist will undertake several essential responsibilities:

  • Engage and establish collaborations with cosmetic brands in both France and Germany, assisting them in their brand strategies throughout the year.
  • Foster and nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to introduce the My Little Paris experience to potential partners.
  • Identify and curate exceptional beauty brands to provide our subscribers with a consistently surprising, high-quality, and diverse selection each month.
  • Oversee the coordination of operations, ensuring seamless communication internally with operational teams, creative, editorial, logistics, and development, as well as with external partners.
  • Conceive and execute innovative operations with our partners to enhance the Box experience, generate excitement, and delight our community.

This role is ideal for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Possess one to three years of experience in sales.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and engaged, with a genuine passion for building relationships.
  • Self-sufficient and inventive: enjoy challenges and are willing to explore opportunities.
  • Have a strong awareness of the latest beauty and lifestyle trends, with a keen sensitivity to products and marketing initiatives.
  • Curious and imaginative: thrive on creativity, enjoy brainstorming, and possess a steady stream of innovative ideas.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous: organized, dependable, capable of prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative, with a strong preference for teamwork.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is an added advantage.
