Sales Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Partnership Development Specialist to join our Ebury Partnerships Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals. Fluency in French and business fluent in English is required. The successful candidate will be comfortable with a phone sales approach, skilled in negotiation, and able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Originate strategic partnerships with affiliates and introducers in the FX industry
* Work with a network of affiliates, such as Real Estate companies and Law Firms, to offer FX and payment solutions to Retail clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level contacts
* Meet and exceed sales quotas and market share goals
* Collaborate with the Ebury Partnerships Team to drive business growth
Requirements:
* 2-3+ years of sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals
* Fluency in French and business fluent in English
* Comfortable with a phone sales approach
* Skilled in negotiation and relationship-building
* Detail-oriented and organized with a strong understanding of the sales process
