Industrial Automation Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for designing customized solutions that empower industrial production systems and their information systems to achieve digital transformation. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability while minimizing manual tasks.

Your Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of valued clients within the industrial automation sector.
  • Actively contribute to project acquisition within your assigned client base.
  • Develop compelling technical proposals for bids, showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new project opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of collaborators, overseeing project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor monthly budget forecasts and year-end reports, ensuring financial accountability.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven experience in client portfolio management and business development within automation and/or electrical engineering.
  • A solid technical foundation in industrial automation solutions and a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • The ability to identify client processes that can be improved and transform them into valuable project opportunities.
  • A passion for financial and contractual management, coupled with strong leadership skills.

Occasional travel to meet with clients may be required. A valid driver's license is essential.
