Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Naaxos, you will be responsible for leading the establishment of our new venture, driving the launch of our activity, and ensuring the start-up and sustainability of recruitment flows for your team and commercial flows, starting from an established client base. You will work closely with our founders to define and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Contribute to the creation and structuring of our offering.
  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting specialized consultants.
  • Establish and develop relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Manage and animate a team of consultants, ensuring their development and loyalty.
  • Ensure the growth and profitability of the company by managing the structure's P&L.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a business school, with a specialization in finance preferred, or a good understanding of corporate operations.
  • Experience in business development, especially in B2B sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and representation sense.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Organized and motivated by creating and developing a new offering.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel within France.
