Grocery and Retail Business Development Manager

**About the Role**
At Uber, we recognize the importance of building strong relationships with our partners, particularly in the grocery and retail space. As a Grocery and Retail Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our grocery and retail partnerships in France.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and implement scalable processes to manage a large portfolio of accounts across France.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, focusing on maximizing their financials, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire new key partners to enrich the selection available on Uber Eats, working closely with our onboarding and sales teams.
- Act as an ambassador for Uber Eats, championing our mission, brand, and product.
**Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
