About The Role
The Product Sales Specialist (PSS) will spearhead the sales initiatives for ThousandEyes Enterprise Accounts targeting potential clients and channel partners in France. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth within the designated territory by cultivating strategic relationships with major commercial accounts. The PSS will formulate and implement comprehensive account strategies and achieve success in the following domains: territory planning, pipeline development, presentation and delivery, trial management, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals. This position is an individual contributor role with quota responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Identify and cultivate sales opportunities that align with the ideal customer profile for ThousandEyes to maximize solution value and product uptake. Initiate contact and maintain professional follow-up for all sales engagements within the assigned territory. Achieve all sales objectives and booking targets in line with company growth aspirations while developing revenue expansion opportunities across a portfolio of accounts. Collaborate closely with Cisco Account Managers and other Cisco sales specialists to drive revenue growth for ThousandEyes. Work in partnership with Customer Success to enhance product adoption and usage, as well as with Product Management to understand future needs to boost demand for ThousandEyes in the marketplace. Maintain a highly organized and results-driven approach; skilled in delivering sales presentations, conducting onsite visits, and demonstrating products to prospective clients. Build and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with ThousandEyes customers and partners in a consistent, effective, and professional manner. Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly booking targets while providing reliable forecasting. Develop and execute a thorough account strategy. Accelerate new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities within existing accounts while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline. Collaborate with customers and channel partners to promote market adoption of ThousandEyes solutions. Lead discussions on pricing and contract negotiations. Establish long-term strategic relationships with customers. Ensure complete and accurate ongoing maintenance of accounts, forecasts, proposals, and account activities. Consistently prioritize customer success.Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in sales territory management with a technology vendor focused on selling enterprise software to network decision-makers. SaaS sales experience is essential. A proven history of consistently surpassing sales quotas. Self-driven, capable of problem-solving, and able to work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, embodying a proactive and results-oriented mindset. A BS/BA degree is preferred.
