Nous recherchons un Customer Success Manager H/F pour intégrer nos bureaux lillois dans le cadre du lancement d'une nouvelle solution de recrutement.
Vous serez chargé de la gestion des projets de déploiement, de la formation des utilisateurs et de l'assistance et du support.
Missions
1. Gestion des projets de déploiement
- Paramétrage sur-mesure de la plateforme
- Suivi actif des étapes de déploiement
2. Formation des utilisateurs
- Animation des sessions de formation
- Accompagnement quotidien des utilisateurs
3. Assistance et support
- Répondre par téléphone et par ticket aux demandes entrantes d'assistance
- Identifier les problématiques techniques et activer les bons leviers pour obtenir une satisfaction utilisateur optimale
Compétences requises
Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire : Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, Formation
Vous avez de très bonnes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles. Vous êtes à l'aise avec tous les canaux de relation client (téléphone, mail, chat, visio)
Vous avez le sens du service client (écoute, empathie & engagement pour vos clients) et de très bonnes capacités de communication pour vous adapter à différents interlocuteurs et collaborer en équipe.
