Enterprise Client Director

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Client Director to lead and elevate our relationships with enterprise-level clients.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

As the primary executive contact for key accounts, you will drive the adoption of our products and services, and identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client's business objectives and leverage our products or services to deliver measurable value and ROI.


Client Needs Analysis:
Conduct in-depth assessments to uncover client business goals, challenges, and needs, tailoring our solutions to address these effectively.

Contract Renewal and Upselling:
Spearhead the renewal process for enterprise contracts, while proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Partner closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs and driving account success.


Requirements:
Extensive experience: 7/10+ years of experience in senior account management or account director roles within ad tech environments.
Fluency in French and English.
Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and supporting complex, technical products.

Executive Communication:
Exceptional ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
