Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Director to join our team at LinkedIn, where you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within the Enterprise sector.

This role requires a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers, helping them effectively engage with our solutions Hiring & Learning and making them stronger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product expertise across the full LinkedIn Talent Suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision making and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of applicable sales experience.
  • Ability to establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts.
  • Experience in HR consulting or HR strategy.
