Rejoignez une aventure passionnante en tant qu'Account director H/F au sein d'une agence qui repousse les limites de l'innovation

Vos missions au quotidien seront les suivantes :

  • Gérer la relation commerciale avec les différents clients et établir une relation de confiance,

  • Piloter et contribuer à la réponse des appels d'offres avec les équipes de l'agence,

  • Organiser la mise en œuvre des prestations de conseil, en s'entourant des bonnes compétences (interne et externe),

  • Représenter et valoriser les domaines de compétences de l'agence pour développer de nouvelles prestations auprès des clients,

  • Accompagner vos clients dans la conception et l'évolution de leur stratégie marketing et communication,

  • Piloter et contribuer à la réalisation des différentes étapes de la conception d'outils,

  • Accompagner les équipes projet (points de revue de projet, présence lors des étapes importantes d'un projet…).

Le profil idéal, selon nous

Vous

Êtes diplômé.e d'un BAC +5 en école de communication, école de commerce ou université,

Disposez de 5 ans d'expérience minimum en agence de communication sur des problématiques transverses (communication, écosystèmes digitaux, branding, contenus, publicité…),

Avez une expérience solide en management,

Avez des capacités d'analyse et de synthèse,

Êtes proactif.ve, curieux.se et rigoureux.se,

Êtes à l'aise avec les mots autant qu'avec les chiffres,

Êtes également à l'aise si tout cela est en anglais,

Avez l'esprit d'équipe.
