As Director of Hospitality Partnerships and Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partner strategy in the Hospitality space, driving growth and innovation across our point of sale and online ordering platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a high-performing team that oversees all product integration partnerships across our point of sale and online ordering platforms.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation in the Hospitality space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our 'build/buy/partner' framework, accelerating our product roadmaps and building product moats for our Hospitality business.
- Develop and negotiate strategic partnership agreements that meet the company's strategic needs while ensuring mutual benefit to both parties.
- Manage results with partner companies through regular governance processes.
- 10 years of experience in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or hospitality SaaS space.
- Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
- Experience in a global SaaS environment, with a preference for fast-growth and global companies.
- Track record of setting or shaping strategy, as well as delivering executional plans with measurable impact on the business.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also collaborating cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills.
