About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at CybelAngel. As a key member of our global partnership team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Training and Support
    • Develop and deliver training programs for our partners to enhance their skills and knowledge of our cybersecurity solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support to our partners to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage daily operations and service delivery with external partners, including evaluating usage and providing assistance as needed.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve the partner experience and drive business growth.
  • Liaison and Communication
    • Act as a liaison between our partners and internal teams, including sales, product, and engineering.
    • Communicate effectively with partners to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in French and English.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge
    • Good understanding of the cybersecurity market and environments.
  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of CybelAngel's existing platform (Toucan and Platform) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel.
