We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Key Account Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our EMEA Key Account Team, you will contribute to the execution of our regional strategy plan, taking the lead in defining and owning specific implications for the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and secure the foundation for doing business with key accounts, including OEMs, insurance companies, and work providers, by establishing and maintaining contractual relationships at HQ level.
- Act as the owner of the HQ relationship, coordinating all activities with the influencer, and proposing and agreeing on action plans.
- Identify and create new business opportunities with influencers, define and communicate action plans, and report on progress and results.
- Secure contracts, coordinate, monitor, and report back on implementation status, taking corrective action wherever required on a worldwide basis.
- Build and maintain a growth pipeline with selected key accounts, including commercial decisions, and deliver major sales opportunities for these accounts reported through the P&L of the respective sales regions.
- Responsible for people management, including local sales and regional BDM, and play a leadership and coordination role during project works, tenders, and daily routines with regional sales teams.
- Native French and high level of English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of formation (Economics, Chemistry, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of organizations (own and influencers), people, needs, and requirements.
- Good knowledge of the Vehicle and automotive sector will be highly valuable.
- Highest level of customer orientation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of KAM, Sales, or other relevant experience.
