Head of Ad Sales and Client Partnerships

As a Director of Sales at Spotify, you will be responsible for leading our Ad Sales efforts across all major agencies and verticals in France. You will oversee the sales strategy and drive execution for some of the world's top brands and agencies, providing leadership for a dynamic and diverse sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the sales strategy and driving execution for top brands and agencies
  • Providing leadership for the sales team and hiring, managing, and developing the evolving Ad sales team in France
  • Proactively identifying and seeking out client and industry relationships to optimize revenue
  • Driving partnership performance, engaging with key partners, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Representing Spotify in the advertising community by seeking out and participating at industry events

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of digital advertising/marketing sales experience and management experience
  • Proven track record of success in France
  • Deep understanding of the marketing landscape and expertise in account planning, trading, strategic planning, and media buying within Direct & Programmatic environments
  • Experience running a team where Data/Insights drive the direction of the business
  • Strong agency and client relationships
  • Fluent English & French language, spoken and written
