Lead Regional Sales for Industrial Equipment

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the European markets for industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, and over 10 years of experience in industrial sales. They should bring strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing both direct sales and distributor networks. A customer-centric approach, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, is essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Area Sales Managers across Europe to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in multiple industries.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and channel partners to ensure strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Balance business development with portfolio management to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to identify market opportunities and develop value-added solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing direct sales and distributor networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in English to navigate international markets effectively.
