IPAC Bachelor Factory is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with invaluable experience in the dynamic field of IT consultancy, while allowing you to contribute directly to our growth.
As a Business Development Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by:
- Prospecting and developing relationships with major clients within the IT sector.
- Conducting thorough analyses of client needs to identify potential solutions and opportunities.
- Collaborating with the team to develop compelling proposals that address client requirements.
- Contributing to the creation of commercial offers tailored to specific client profiles.
- Supporting negotiations and closures, ensuring successful contract finalization.
Beyond sales support, you will also have the opportunity to:
- Source, evaluate, and recruit potential candidates for open positions within our organization.
- Participate in agile sales team meetings, contributing your insights and ideas.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our sales department.
