Looking for a challenging opportunity to drive sales growth in Eastern Europe?

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sales Business Development Expert to join our team at IDEMIA. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in the travel and transportation industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing commercial deals and developing new opportunities across several European countries, including Germany and Eastern European markets such as Poland and the Czech Republic.

You will drive sales of advanced security and passenger processing technologies, coordinate marketing and sales efforts, lead the creation of project proposals and marketing materials, and represent the company at business meetings, trade shows, and sales events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in Eastern Europe
  • Manage existing commercial deals and develop new opportunities across multiple European countries
  • Drive sales of advanced security and passenger processing technologies
  • Coordinate marketing and sales efforts to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Lead the creation of project proposals and marketing materials
  • Represent the company at business meetings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Set and implement both short- and long-term sales objectives and policies

What We Are Looking For:

  • A proven track record in selling complex IT solutions, preferably in the public sector and/or the travel and transportation industry (airports, airports operation, airlines, maritimes, rails)
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages such as German, Polish, or Czech is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
