Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, France

Radware is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in the French market. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in France.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, including C-level executives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and services, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that impact our target markets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a direct touch sales role or equivalent Channel Sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in a difficult market climate selling high-value, high-complexity solutions.
  • Knowledge of the market, including customers, companies, competitors, key players, and existing contacts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively under pressure and in a team environment.
