Job Title: Sales Executive - Collective Investments

Amundi Technology is a leading provider of technology solutions for the savings and asset management industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Paris or Munich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target prospective clients within the collective investment sector across the DACH countries.
  • Develop and manage the sales process to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing opportunities.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Amundi ALTO Investment Technology solutions and services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions as the optimal choice.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, pre-sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the local industry and ecosystem, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in financial technology sales/solution selling, focusing on collective investment: asset management, pension funds, or insurance.
  • Strong understanding of the asset management market across the German-speaking countries of Europe, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German is required; French and/or English is preferred.
