About The Role

The Product Sales Specialist (PSS) will spearhead the sales initiatives for ThousandEyes Enterprise Accounts targeting potential clients and channel partners in France. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth within the designated territory by cultivating strategic relationships with major commercial accounts. The PSS will formulate and implement comprehensive account strategies and achieve success in various areas, including territory planning, pipeline development, presentations, trial management, pricing, negotiations, and closing deals. This position is individual contributor-focused and carries sales quotas.

What You'll Do

Identify and generate sales opportunities that align with the ideal customer profile for ThousandEyes to maximize solution value and product adoption. Initiate and maintain professional follow-ups for all sales meetings within the assigned territory. Achieve all sales objectives and booking targets in line with company growth expectations while exploring revenue expansion opportunities across a portfolio of accounts. Collaborate closely with Cisco Account Managers and other Cisco sales specialists to drive revenue growth for ThousandEyes. Work in partnership with Customer Success to enhance product adoption and usage, as well as with Product Management to grasp future requirements that will accelerate market demand for ThousandEyes. Maintain a highly organized, results-driven approach; skilled in delivering sales presentations, conducting onsite visits, and demonstrating products to prospective clients. Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with ThousandEyes customers and partners in a consistent, effective, and professional manner. Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly booking targets while providing reliable forecasts. Develop and execute a thorough account strategy. Accelerate new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities within existing accounts while ensuring an accurate sales pipeline. Collaborate with customers and channel partners to promote market adoption of ThousandEyes solutions. Lead discussions on pricing and manage contract negotiations. Establish long-term strategic relationships with customers. Ensure complete and accurate ongoing maintenance of accounts, forecasts, proposals, and account activities. Consistently ensure customer success.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales territory management for a technology vendor, specifically selling enterprise software to network buyers. SaaS sales experience is essential. A proven history of consistently surpassing sales quotas. Self-driven, capable of problem-solving, and able to work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a high-growth environment, embodying a proactive and results-oriented mindset. A BS/BA degree is preferred. Proficiency in both French and English.
