TD SYNNEX Business Development Manager - Cybersecurity

TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to ensure TD SYNNEX remains a leader in the cybersecurity market.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and solution selling.
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including threat detection, incident response, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
