Key Responsibilities
In your role as a key contributor within the business unit, you will assist Account Managers in the enhancement and oversight of their client portfolios, adhering to established protocols and timelines. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing the administrative, financial, and legal components of client accounts.
- Overseeing guarantees and various administrative functions.
- Conducting client follow-ups and ensuring seamless communication.
- Coordinating commercial initiatives between Account Managers and clients.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bac+3/4 degree in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented by relevant banking experience and proficiency in essential software tools such as Word and Excel. Strong organizational abilities, a commitment to customer service, and analytical skills developed through professional experience are crucial for success in this position. Additionally, traits such as curiosity, effective listening, and a team-oriented mindset will enhance your performance.
