Purpose

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and innovation within Novares. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining and developing existing relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of commercial growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
