Job Overview

At Assystem, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Commercial Account Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, including EDF, AREVA, and CEA.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and respond to the engineering needs of key clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase team size while maximizing commercial margins.
  • Negotiate contracts with procurement departments to secure new business opportunities.
  • Recruit engineering professionals based on client needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Collaborate closely with technical managers to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for sales reporting and data analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with proficiency in English and French. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, a competitive spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be a reliable and autonomous individual who is able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
