À propos de l'équipe

L'équipe Excellence est en croissance, et nous recherchons un Technical Account Manager pour améliorer l'expérience client et le support personnalisé.

En tant que Technical Account Manager, vous serez en contact direct avec nos développeurs, notre équipe de gestion de produit et notre équipe de vente. Votre mission sera de s'assurer de la satisfaction des clients et de créer de la loyauté chez nos clients les plus importants.

Compétences requises

  • Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
  • Démontrer des compétences de communication exceptionnelles
  • Connaissances solides de l'environnement cloud
  • Connaissances avancées de la dimension matériel, logiciel et réseau

Responsabilités

  • Gestion technique d'un portefeuille de clients avec un niveau de service spécifique
  • Montrer de la proactivité et de la réactivité aux demandes des clients sous votre responsabilité, en conformité avec nos SLAs
  • Gestion de l'activité entourant nos clients Business (onboarding, activité opérationnelle, croissance, nouveaux besoins, reporting)
  • Agir en tant que contact privilégié pour nos comptes les plus importants en cas d'incident
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de vente pour s'assurer de la satisfaction des clients et du succès des PoC.
