About the Role:
Darktrace Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical pre-sales and post-sales support to our customers. Your expertise will be essential in driving revenue growth and furthering the adoption of our cutting-edge cyber security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales teams to deliver Proof of Value (POV) engagements and meet client needs.
- Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advice to various audiences, from technical teams to C-level Executives.
- Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
Requirements:
- Technical background with existing sales engineer experience in pre-sales/post-sales engagements.
- Strong knowledge of network and security devices/systems, including Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM, and TCP/IP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to share complex technical information in a compelling way.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
