Customer Experience Program Manager

As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you'll play a key role in promoting self-organization, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-team projects with high customer impact. Your mission will cover the entire spectrum of customer programs, from A to Z.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage one to two people and work transversally with multiple teams, including Customer Experience, CRM, IT, Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Develop and implement Sales Programs, such as Reference calls, Referrals, and Champify, to directly contribute to sales and leverage customers and former customers to sign new contracts.
- Own the process of implementing new programs or tools supporting a program, including tooling budget management.
- Internally coordinate the animation of the Contentsquare Community, with over 8,000 members, to gamify the experience and encourage internal and external experts to participate, resulting in increased customer interaction and engagement.
- Lead a team of one Customer Program Manager to provide clear direction, realistic goals, and professional development and career-building mentorship.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in project management, customer programs, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent English communication skills, through written, verbal, and presentations, to bring clarity and influence at all levels without formal authority.
- Autonomous, able to set your agenda and take initiatives without needing direction.
