Global Sales Representative

Role Expectations
Represent the company's products, leveraging deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs. Achieve sales quotas by implementing successful sales and marketing strategies. Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers.
Creating Impact
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutions.
- Track all sales activities in our CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Communicate customer product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Meet and/or exceed sales quotas.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- Advanced competencies with Microsoft Office.
- A degree in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field, or technical career.
- Previous experience in the Medical Devices Industry, ideally dealing with implants, and strong knowledge of the French healthcare system.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Commercial Role in the Medical Devices Sector.
- Solid experience working in the operating room.
- Experience in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial segment is strongly preferred.
- An existing portfolio of Neurosurgeons and Maxillo-Facial surgeons is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel at least 70% of the time to customer events.
