Business Development Manager

Capijobnew is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Account Manager QSR Export Markets. This position is a key part of our team and will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth in allocated markets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for allocated markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and drive business growth.
- Manage forecasting, P&L, and pricing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including McDonald's functions, supply partners, distributors, franchisees, and charities.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partners to drive business results.
- Proactively seek customer feedback and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal and external new product development teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of Capijobnew's current capabilities and brands within EMEA to identify new category opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of effective working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Level-headed and diplomatic, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
