Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Marketing and Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a central role in developing and executing business development and marketing strategies and plans across the Retail, Consumer Products, Travel, Hospitality and Leisure industry groups.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business development and marketing strategies and plans
  • Collaborating with business development, marketing, and finance colleagues to deliver timely management information and set key performance indicators
  • Working closely with business development and marketing colleagues to ensure accurate sales pipeline updates and regular reporting to leadership
  • Establishing and leading regular business development and marketing progress meetings to monitor progress and drive accountability

You will also be responsible for devising and executing structured marketing campaigns across the portfolio, working closely with the Consumer cluster business marketing colleagues in the US to assess the value and relevance of sponsorships and large-scale events, and proposing and managing annual business development and marketing budgets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional ability to communicate well in French or German
  • Ability to speak with confidence and influence change both internally and externally
  • Digital native with a solid understanding of digital platforms
  • Enthusiasm and energy, with a willingness to learn and possess a 'can do' approach
