Government and Public Sector Sales Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our government and public sector sales efforts in Europe. As Associate Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales of our measurement solutions to key European markets and institutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the International Director to drive sales of our solutions to key European markets and institutions
- Achieving sales and commercial objectives by clearly articulating our value proposition and use cases to decision makers
- Building meaningful client relationships with stakeholders
- Representing the voice of the customer to internal product development, marketing, communications, and delivery teams
- Collaborating with other product sales leads and cross-functional partners
- Achieving sales quota consistent with our margin goals and delivery expectations
- Generating sales leads and maintaining a pipeline of sales opportunities across a portfolio of government clients
- Accurately forecasting sales pipeline and prioritizing to close sales
- Weaving client-specific insights and thought leadership into client conversations
- Owning cross-functional relationships and being a subject matter expert for your accounts
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience selling to government, public sector, including EU institutions
- Previous experience in data and market measurement
- Deep knowledge of how data can provide critical evidence and insight to this client sector
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Demonstrated success in driving new business and achieving high-level sales results
- Experience in scoping and developing government and public sector tenders, proposals, and negotiation strategies
- Excellent sales pipeline management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with our tools, applications, and platforms a plus
- Preferably French speaking with excellent business English, Italian a plus
