Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of Account Managers within your territory, developing and growing relationships with Customers within your territory, and working with internal teams on Customer programs that focus on renewals, satisfaction surveys, marketing and user events, enablement, and referencing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the team of Account Managers within your territory.
  2. Develop and grow relationships with Customers within your territory.
  3. Work with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and our Customers to build and agree a Success Plan or Maturity Roadmap, encompassing elements of account governance, adoption, expansion, compliance, and enablement.
  4. Work directly with internal teams on Customer programs that focus on renewals, satisfaction surveys, marketing and user events, enablement, and referencing.
  5. Represent Kyriba and our solutions and services to Customers.
  6. Conduct business within assigned accounts with an in-depth understanding of the account's strategies.
  7. Initiate selling activity where no relationship team or business partner is involved.
  8. Analyse situations and implement solutions, or develop new approaches.
  9. Differentiate Kyriba offerings from competitive alternatives and create Customer preference for Kyriba offerings.
  10. Negotiate with team members and business partners to define approaches and goals.
  11. Negotiate with operational levels of Customer management to support successful closing of the sale.
  12. Support development of business and sales strategies for communicating new developments or announcements in the specialty to customer teams.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in business and management.
  2. At least 1 year's proven experience in Solution Selling across business and IT for software in Financial, Sales and Marketing applications.
  3. Strong track record of sales support, execution, and pipeline generation.
  4. Business development skills and a strong understanding of how software deals are transacted.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with Customers.
  6. Charismatic team player with a proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization.
  7. Ability to work independently.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills.
  9. Fluent English is required.
  10. Experience in selling SaaS solutions would be an asset.
